Transform Together provides expert consultation to schools, organizations, and companies through assessing and achieving results by understanding and developing values that align with the purpose, creating and revising an intentional and committed mission and vision, as well as strengthening alignment between departments, projects, policies, and services.
Training, Workshops, and Speaking Opportunities
Transform Together provides training on topics such as: Trans Including Nonbinary, LGBTQ+, Racial Justice, Gender Justice, Economic Justice, Dissability Justice, Restorative Practices, Transformative Justice, Inclusive Schools, Inclusive Workplace, Solidarity Work, GSA (gender and sexuality alliance or LGBTQ+ student clubs)
Coaching
Transform Together provides organizational, project/program based, individual, departmental coaching opportunities. Depending on the needs assessment, clients can receive 1:1 coaching time, thought partnering, facilitation, strategy building, resource recommendations
Resources
Transform Together audits, edits, and creates resources for schools, organizations, and companies.
Accessibility
Transform Together practices disability justice and believes that access should be coordinated by those who have lived experiences and know these access needs the best. Transform Together works with a Deafdisabled access coordinator to provide access for any of our events. We offer coordination services on a scaling scale for grassroot and small organizations with an annual budget of less than 75k.
